Thank you for following up on this. This aft I went to your luggage location that finn air provided for me (here in Rovaniemi). You only had one hard shell case luggage for me to choose from and I took it, leaving my broken case with you. This new case is not of the same quality as the one I had. Further, it does not have a side handle which I need when carrying the bag up and down stairs (I am only 160 cm and need the side handle to clear the stairs).
So I want to return the new case to your location here in Rovaniemi, get my old suitcase back and take the financial payout from Finn air. I do not have phone call privileges on my phone and I need you to reach out to me at reception at Scandic Rovaniemi City here in Rovaniemi for me.
